I just finished watching The Cove and am at a loss for words but still wanted to post something about it. In April 2007, I blogged about this YouTube video on the Taiji dolphin slaughter. Well, there is now a documentary out that covers the issue. It is an award-winning film and does an amazing job at revealing the truth about the dolphin trading and slaughter that occurs in Taiji, Japan. Please watch this film; I guarantee it will move you. I haven’t watched the movie yet, I’m afraid to do it. I don’t want to get depressed more than I am, with the continuous snow and everything. Long time ago, a friend showed me a video with men killing baby seals and I was heart broken and still have those images in my head.
