View Online Images With PicLens

If you ever needed a reason to throw Internet Explorer out the “Window” and cross over to the wondrous world of Firefox, this is it. PicLens by Cooliris is a sweet plugin for Firefox that lets you easily scroll through pictures from popular sites like Google, Yahoo, Flickr, Facebook, and more in a stylish 3D layout. No more clicking through pages of tiny thumbnails; this little piece of magic automatically previews the images for you in an easily-viewable format. Don’t take my word for it, check out this video. Then, get Firefox here and PicLens here.

So as I was browsing around I saw this post and video. I instantly fell in love with it. I downloaded the addon immediately and started browsing images. What a great simple layout, it is very mac-esque. Thank you for this I really appreciate it.

Thanks so much for blogging about PicLens. We really appreciate it!

You might be interested in knowing that we have PicLens plugin for WordPress blogs, which enables your site for full-screen slideshows. The plugin can be found at WordPress.org or on our website at http://piclens.com/lite/wordpress.php.

For your readers who don’t have WordPress, we just teamed up with free website provider Freewebs (www.freewebs.com) to make the PicLens experience available to all Freewebs users and visitors. PicLens is also compatible with Adobe Lightroom.

Thanks, again, for blogging about us. We’ve got much more to come, so stay tuned.

    Kindest regards,
