At first, I was really focused on getting content up here and blogging about almost anything. Increasingly, I’ve been leaning towards a more “quality, rather than quantity” approach. This blog has become a place for my ideas and interpretations, a place where I can make people aware of the things I find interesting and have them share their own views with me. I like to challenge myself and others by talking about controversial topics, and topics that people are usually uncomfortable talking about. This is a reflection of the value I place on open-mindedness and debate.
Of course, it can’t always be formal and serious so I lighten it up with posts of photography, the Friday Footprint, general happenings around the world, HowTos, and other miscellaneous topics. From learning how to make soap to finding out ways to save energy and money, this blog has offered a lot of interesting tips that I’ve gathered either from my own experience or around the internet.
As my blog enters its second year on the world wide web, I hope to continue my writing and improve upon my technique. Thanks to everyone who takes the time to read what I have to say and I’ll keep trying my best to make that time worth while :).

Congratulations Pat. Keep up the great work that you do and keep them interesting topics coming. Interesting, my friend at school today asked me if I knew someone who was good at creating a neat website and whatnot so I referred him to PBriscoe.com. He’ll be checking it out. Cheers.
Haha, thanks Cano. I’m reading this comment at 3:20am after we got back from Crabby’s. *Yawn. Time for bed. Enjoy your day off.
Congrats for reaching this far!
