Smile, You’ve Got a Good Credit Card

smile_goldcard.jpgWhen getting a new credit card I do a lot of researching to see what types of benefits the card offers me and what the track-record of the company hosting it is like. Smile’s credit card, based in the United Kingdom, is one of those cards that definitely ranks high on the list. In fact, it has been voted “best credit card” four years in a row at the Guardian Consumer Finance Awards (2002, 2003, 2004, and 2005). There are two cards to chose from, the classic card with cashback on every penny you spend or the low-rate gold card. With the gold card you will be looking at an initial rate of 9.9% APR. In today’s world it is almost impractical to not carry a credit card, so if you’re in the market for one, finding a card that has a track record like Smile’s is where you want to start.
